William Shakespeare
William Shakespeare (1564 April 26 - 1616 April 23) is considered, by many, one of the greatest English writers ever. He wrote powerful tragedies and funny comedies. His poetry and plays appeal to the human condition, touching on such feelings like love, jealousy, anger, gallantry, and much more, which still apply over 400 years after they were first written. His works are taught in many English educational institutions around the world.
