Yukon New Democratic Party

The Yukon New Democratic Party has formed the government in the Yukon territory under Tony Penikett (1985-1992) and Piers McDonald (1996-2000). The party's current leader is Todd Hardy. The Yukon NDP is a social democratic party and is a section of the New Democratic Party of Canada.
