Wisla
Wisła is a town in southern Poland, with a population of about 11000, spread over roughly 125 km near the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Situated in the Silesian Voivodship (since 1999), previously in Bielsko-Biala Voivodship (1975-1998). Located near the national tourist centre Ondraszek, Wisla is a popular year-round tourist destination, with the nearby mountains favoured by ski jumpers. It is named after the Polish name for the Vistula River. Wisla also traditionally has the most dominant soccer club within the Polish Football League, comparable with Manchester United.
