William Steele Sessions (b. May 27, 1930 in Fort Smith, Arkansas) is a former director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, having served in that office from 1987 to 1993. He is most famous for coining the term "Winners don't use drugs" that appeared often during demos on idle arcade game screens, or after the player finished playing a game. The quote would normally be shown under the seal of the FBI, both against a blue background.
