Waluigi

Waluigi is a fictional character made for the Mario Brothers Universe. He is supposedly Wario's brother (by fanon), and is Luigi's evil counterpart. He first appeared in Mario Tennis. He has also appeared in Mario Party 3, Mario Party 4, , and Mario Party 5.
