Vascular

Vascular is an adjective that describes tissue that is heavily endowed with blood vessels. Typically neurological tissue is the most heavily vascularized tissue.

Vascular also means "relating to blood vessels".

In Botany, vascular plants are plants with a dedicated water transport system of tracheids and/or vessels. Non-vascular plants include mosses and algae, while vascular plants include ferns, conifers and flowering plants. See Vascular plant for more detail.
