Ulianovsk
Ulianovsk (Улья́новск, previously Simbirsk (Симби́рск)) is a city on the Volga River in Russia. It was the home city of both Vladimir Lenin and Aleksandr Kerensky.Population (census 2002):635,600.
Ulianovsk is the administrative center of Ulyanovsk Oblast.
