Trogir is a historic town at the Adriatic coast in Croatia, population 13,322 (2001).
The city's historic core is on the UNESCO world heritage list. The most notable site is the cathedral of St. Lawrence, locally referred to as the cathedral of St. John. Its entrance portal created by master Radovan in 1240 is one of the most important such monuments from medieval Dalmatian history.
