The Hermitage was a plantation in Tennessee owned by Andrew Jackson, who was president of the United States from 1829 until 1837. Jackson lived at the plantation from 1837 until his death there in 1845.

There have been several other plantations in the pre-Civil-War south and in the Caribbean known as the Hermitage.
