The Anomalist
The Anomalist is a magazine of anomalous phenomena, edited by Patrick Huyghe. Its first issue came out in June 1994.
The magazine stopped publishing a print edition with #10 in 2002, owing to rising costs, but continues as an Internet news site. All past issues are available online.
