Tamara Dunstan

Tamara Dunstan (June 18, 1974 - April 14?, 2004) was abducted then murdered by family friend Ronald Burke when she discovered him burgularizing her mother's home. On April 18, Burke led police to her body, buried in a shallow grave, in Edgefield County, South Carolina, across the Savannah River from Augusta, Georgia. Burke has been charged with her murder and kidnapping.

Tamara A. Cundey was a pediatric oncology nurse at Medical College of Georgia Medical Center and daughter of a prominent local family. She and her husband, Bernard Dunstan III, a contractor, had learned the night before Easter that she was 3 months' pregnant with thier first child.
