Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is a publisher, developer, and distributor of video and computer games. The company's headquarters are in New York City and has offices in several countries.

Their Grand Theft Auto series includes and Grand Theft Auto 3, the top two video games of 2002. Both games are sequels to earlier Rockstar releases, Grand Theft Auto and Grand Theft Auto 2. was announced in production on March 1, 2004. Other games include Max Payne and Midnight Club.

The company publishes games under the names "Rockstar Games", "Gathering", "Gotham Games", "Joytech", and "Global Star."
