Sydney Chapman

Sir Sydney Brooks Chapman (born October 17, 1935) is an English politician and architect. He is Tory member of Parliament for Chipping Barnet.

He first became an MP in 1970, but lost his seat. He returned as MP for Chipping Barnet in 1979. He was briefly a whip during the John Major administration.
