The smallest rhinoceros, and the most furry one.
Like the African species, it has two horns.
Once wide-spread in south-east Asia, but only about 300 remain.
It is critically endangered du to poaching, and difficulty in making them breed in captivity.
The last member of the same group as the woolly rhinoceros.
