Sula Sgeir

For people who check facts
Sula Sgeir is a small, uninhabited Scottish island in the North Atlantic. One of the most remote of the British Isles, it lies more than forty miles north of Lewis and is best known for its population of gannets and gugas. Traditionally, people from Port Nis in Lewis have travelled to the island to collect the birds for food.
