Stephen Leacock Award
The
Stephen Leacock Award for Humour is an annual award presented to the best work of humourous literature written in English by a
Canadian. It is named for
Stephen Leacock a famour Canadian humour writer. The current prize is $10,000 dollars and it is awarded each year in a ceremony in Leacock's hometown of
Orillia, Ontario.
