Soy milk

Sponsorship the way you would do it
Soya milk or soy milk is processed from soy beans. Soya milk looks like dairy milk and tastes similar. It has a similar protein content to dairy milk but is nutritionally different in other ways. Notably it has no calcium (considered bad) unless this has been artificially added (good), and no saturated fat (considered good), as well as no lactose (good if you are lactose intolerant).

The best thing about soy milk is that you can have your chocolate soy milk with your breakfast cereal, without worrying about the fat and hormones found in dairy milk.

Soy milk is also sometimes used as an ingredient of gelato or ice cream.
