South P'yongan province
South P'yŏngan (P'yŏngan-namdo; 평안 남도; 平安南道) is a region of North Korea. It is bordered by North P'yongan and Chagang to the north, South Hamgyong and Kangwon to the east and southeast, and North Hwanghae, Pyongyang, and Namp'o to the south. The Yellow Sea is located to the west (known as the West Sea to Koreans). Some maps call the western waters Korea Bay.
