Sōbu Main Line (総武本線 Sōbu-honsen) is a railway line between Tokyo and the east coast of Chiba Prefecture, Japan, operated by the East Japan Railway Company. It runs through the cities of Funabashi, Chiba, and Choshi.

Local trains between Ochanomizu Station and Chiba Station are called the Sobu-Kanko Line. There are also rapid service trains from Tokyo Station to Chiba Station called the Sobu-Kaisoku Line. For the most part, these trains use the same line, except when they reach Tokyo: Sobu-Kanko trains continue onto the Chuo Line, while Sobu-Kaisoku trains continue onto the Yokosuka Line.

The Narita Express service to Narita International Airport uses the Sobu Line for most of its journey.
