Sponsorship the way you would do it
Silistra is a port city of northeastern Bulgaria, with a population of 42,000, down from 53,500 in 1985. It lies on the southern side of the lower Danube river which until this point forms the country's border with Romania. Founded as the Roman Durostorum, the city was a part of Romania between 1913 and 1940.
