Rumiko Takahashi (Hepburn) (Or Takahashi Rumiko as per Japanese naming order, Japanese: 高橋 留美子) Japanese manga artist, creator of Ranma 1/2, Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku, and most recently Inuyasha. She was born on October 10, 1957.
