Royal Bank of Canada
The Royal Bank of Canada is Canada's largest chartered bank. It has over 1,300 branches across Canada and has offices in over 30 countries.The bank was founded in 1864 in Halifax, Nova Scotia as The Merchants Bank. The name was changed to Royal Bank of Canada in 1901. Its symbol is a golden lion.
