Rheumatology, a subspecialty of internal medicine, is devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases. Rheumatologists mainly deal with problems involving the muscles and/or joints.Some diseases covered by rheumatology are Ankylosing spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis, and Lupus erythematosus.
