The Rat Man was a pseudonym given by Sigmund Freud to one of his patients, Ernst Lanzer, to protect his anonymity when his case study was published.


Rat-Man is also a popular comic book created by Leo Ortolani. The book started as a superhero parody, but later developed in a large-scale epic, with comedy and tragedy strictly interwined.
