Principal Snyder
Principal Snyder is a fictional character in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, played by Armin Shimerman.Warning: Plot details follow.
Introduced to Buffy's school, Sunnydale High, after the death of the previous principal, Snyder's strict discipline earned him few friends among the Scooby Gang. In particular, he had a strong dislike for Buffy herself, and viewed her activities as so disruptive that he tried to have her expelled. However, a near-violent encounter with Giles changed his mind.
Snyder was eaten in the last episode of Season 3, Graduation Day, after loudly complaining that the behaviour of Mayor Wilkins, who had just turned into an enormous snake, was unacceptable.
