Primo

A primo is a marijuana cigarette also containing cocaine. Like a speedball, a primo has an unpredictable effect because it combines an upper (cocaine) with a downer (THC). The term primo comes from the Spanish word for "cousin." A primo is known in some parts of the world as a "New Yorker".
