Northwestern College (MN)
Northwestern College in Saint Paul, Minnesota is a four year Christian college. The school was founded on October 2, 1902 as Northwestern Bible and Missionary Training School by Dr William B. Riley a pastor at the First Baptist Church in Minneapolis. Billy Graham served as the school's president from 1948 to 1952.Northwestern College has an enrollment of 2,480 students in traditional and non-traditional programs. Northwestern is the only nondenominational private college in the state of Minnesota. The College is an independent enterprise which takes a Biblically Christian ethical and moral position and is theologically conservative in doctrine.
The campus houses the KTIS radio stations, broadcasting Christian programming to the Twin Cities area.
