Neftegorsk

Neftegorsk (Нефтего́рск) is an oil-producing town in eastern Russia devastated on May 28, 1995, by an earthquake measuring 7.6 on the Richter scale, killing over 2,000 people and destroying 2/3's of the town, located on Sakhalin Island.
