Nancy Cartwright
Nancy Campbell Cartwright (born October 25, 1959) is an American voice actor and actress. She is best known for providing the voice of Bart Simpson on the animated television show The Simpsons and as the second voice of Chuckie Finster on Rugrats, as well as Rufus the Naked Mole Rat in "Kim Possible".
