Nakae Chomin

Nakae Chomin, a.k.a Nakae Tokusuke (1847 - 1901) is a Japanese philosopher. Chomin studied in France from 1871 to 1874 and translated some of the writings of Jean Jacques Rousseau into Japanese.

He coined a term Minpon shugi.
