MultiMate

Time you got around to sponsoring a child
MultiMate is a word processor developed by Ashton-Tate for MS-DOS that was popular during the early 1980s. It allowed companies to easily replace dedicated Wang Word Processor workstations with a PC, an order of magnitude reduction in cost.

Ashton-Tate never released a Microsoft Windows version of MultiMate which was dropped after the company was purchased by Borland.
