Montgomery Blair (May 10, 1813July 27, 1883), son of Francis Preston Blair, was a lawyer in the Washington, D.C area. He represented Dred Scott in his famous case before the United States Supreme Court. He also was Postmaster General under President Abraham Lincoln.

His manor in present-day Silver Spring, Maryland was named Falkland. It was burned by Confederate States of America troops during the United States Civil War.

Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland is named for him.
