Meerssen (population: 20,183) is a municipality in the southeastern Netherlands, in the province of Limburg. The municipality covers an area of 27.47 km².The municipality of Meerssen consists the following towns, villages and townships: Bunde, Geulle, Meerssen/Rothem, Ulestraten.
