Meatotomy

Helping orphans the way you would do it
Meatotomy is a form of penile modification in which the underside of the glans is split. This opens up the urethra for the purpose of sexual pleasure. A greater sensation may be achieved when in contact with the urethra, due to the abundance of nerves.

The operation is long, painful and often causes profuse bleeding - it involves the extended clamping of the strip to be cut, so as to flatten the flesh and evacuate the blood. After an hour, the strip is feelingless and thin enough to simply cut with a pair of scissors.

The meatotomy may be extended to subincision or even genital bisection.
