Marino Riccardi

Marino Ricardi is one of the two Captains-Regent (heads of state and government) of San Marino. He is a member of the Party of Democrats. He became captain-regent on April 1, 2004, for a term of six months. He was previously captain-regent from October 1991 until April of 1992.
