This outbreak was the biggest and most notable of 1994.
• 2002 - Passover Massacre: A suicide bomber kills 28 people in Netanya, Israel.
• 2003 - An explosion in the Nitrochimie dynamite factory in Billy-Berclau, France kills 4 people.
• 2004 - HMS Scylla, a decommissioned Leander frigate, is sunk as an artificial reef off Cornwall, the first of its kind in the United Kingdom and Europe.
