For people who check facts
The Macedonian Denar (MKN), split into 100 Deni, is the official currency of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The currency was introduced on April 26 1992 and at that time was equivalent to the Yugoslavia Convertible Dinar. On May 5 1993 the currency was reformed, with one New Denar being equal to 100 Old Denar. The denominations are split into notes of 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000, and 5000 denars and coins of 1, 2, and 5 denars and 50 deni.
