Macast

Macast is a Mac OS audio player for MP3 and other formats. It was formerly named MacAMP, but changed its name to differentiate itself from the Windows player WinAMP.

The MacAMP player was once the most popular player for the Mac; however, the release of SoundJam and the later release of Apple's iTunes eclipsed Macast in popularity.
