MBDA Apache

Apache is a French air-launched anti-runway missile, manufactured by MBDA.

The Apache missile system is quite the same of SCALP EG except while the second has an high-penetration effect warhead the Apache contains a submunition bay that causes a wide impact cluster effect.

Formerly designed to arm the Mirage 2000 and Rafale of the French Air Force the Apache in its "N" (nuclear) configuration has been modified by Aérospatiale (now EADS) to be compatible with RAF/NATO pylons to give the UK a symbolic minimal nuclear impact force based on British Panavia Tornado aircraft.
