M2

The M2 email client is built into the Opera web browser. It is unlike most other email clients, but after a little practise it becomes second nature. It has excellent spam filtering, supports pop and imap, newsgroups as well as RSS newsfeeds. It can display text and HTML emails and uses the Opera layout engine to display HTML rather than Internet Explorer to avoid many security hazards that may happen with Outlook/Outlook Express.

The M2 is also the name of motorways in England and in Northern Ireland.

M2 in economics refers to the amount of cash in circulation, the amount in checking or demand-deposit accounts plus savings accounts, money market acounts and small CDs. See money supply.

In the military, the M2 can refer to the M2 Bradley armored personnel carrier or the M2 machine gun.

Messier 2 is a Globular Cluster in the constellation Aquarius. It contains about 150,000 stars and is about 37,500 light years distant.
