Koshin'etsu region
Koshin'estu (Japanese: 甲信越 Hepburn: Kōshin'etsu) is a subregion of the Chubu region in Japan consisting of Yamanashi, Nagano and Niigata prefectures. It is the abbreviation of the old provinces, Kai, Shinano and Echigo provinces.
