Kipling Station
Kipling Station is the westernmost stop on the
Toronto Transit Commission's east-west Bloor Danforth subway (metro) line. Colocated with a
GO Transit commuter heavy rail station on the
Canadian Pacific Railway, the station offers extensive parking (free on weekends) and transfers to many of the suburban bus routes serving the western half of the former city of
Etobicoke. For passengers coming from points west of
Toronto, it provides a convenient subway access point. Cash fare for any distance of ride, as of April 2004: C$2.25.
