Kimitsu (Hepburn) (Japanese: 君津市; -shi) is a city located in Chiba, Japan. The city's name is sometimes romanized as Kimitu (Nippon-shiki/Kunrei/JSL).

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 91,342 and the density of 286.49 persons per km². The total area is 318.83 km².

The city was founded on September 1, 1971.
