Katsuura (Hepburn) (Japanese: 勝浦市; -shi) is a city located in Chiba, Japan. The city's name is sometimes romanized as Katuura (Nippon-shiki/Kunrei/JSL).As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 22,790 and the density of 241.91 persons per km². The total area is 94.21 km².
