Jerry Doyle

Jerry Doyle (born 16 July 1956, Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor best known for his role as Michael Garibaldi on the 1990's science fiction television series Babylon 5. Previous a corporate jet pilot and a stockbroker, Doyle made an abrupt career change into acting in 1991, and Babylon 5 was his first significant role. In 1998, Doyle, a Republican, ran unsuccessfully for the U.S. House of Representatives in California's 24th Congressional district.
