Interstate 295 is a
spur route of I-95 that loops around the west of Jacksonville, Florida. It is 35.51 miles long. By 2006 it will loop around the entire city. The east part of the loop, which is only partially completed, is now referred to as Florida 9A, which the Dames Point Bridge is a part of. When completed the entire loop will be renamed I-295.
