Hiratsuka (Hepburn) (Japanese: 平塚市; -shi) is a city located in Kanagawa, Japan. The city's name is sometimes romanized as Hiratuka (Nippon-shiki/Kunrei/JSL).

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 255,754 and the density of 3,770.51 persons per km². The total area is 67.83 km².

The city was founded on April 1, 1932.
