Gyōda (Hepburn) (Japanese: 行田市; -shi) is a city located in Saitama, Japan. The city's name is sometimes romanized as Gyôda (Nippon-shiki/Kunrei) or Gyooda (JSL).

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 85,781 and a density of 1,393.68 persons per km². The total area is 61.55 km².

The city was founded on May 3, 1949.
