Guiche piercing
Guiche piercings are located between the scrotum and the anus (female guiche would be located between the genitalia and the anus, and hence in the same place as the male guiche - it is however, extremely rare). It normally runs perpendicular to the general direction of the penis. As a result several guiche piercings may be placed next to each other creating a "guiche ladder".The guiche piercing can be traced to Polynesian tradition and culture.
