Guadalupe is a town in Spain (pop. 2,325), in the Extremaduran province of Cáceres. It is the location of a convent that was an important pilgrimage site. Its image of Mary, La Virgen de Guadalupe, is world famous.

Guadalupe is a tiny island owned by Mexico on the Pacific ocean.

Guadalupe is not to be confused with the French overseas département of Guadeloupe.
